“HZMB” Zhuhai One Day Tour

Time: 8:30am-6:00pm

Venue: Yew Chung International School Kowloon Tong Secondary School Entrance (Kowloon Tong MTR Station Exit D)

The Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macao Bridge (HZMB) is the longest sea-crossing bridge-tunnel system in the world and it substantially cuts the travelling time between Hong Kong, Macao and Zhuhai, while further connecting Hong Kong to the major cities of the Greater Bay Area. POLY Joy Club will bring you on a journey to the discovery of Greater Bay Area and visit the royal garden ‘New Yuan Ming Palace’ in Zhuhai, while enjoying the magnificent sea views along the route!

This tour is complimentary for POLY Joy Club members with limited quota, and includes lunch, entry ticket for New Yuan Ming Palace and round-trip shuttle bus service. Each participating member is welcome to bring along one guest. In the event of over-subscription, computer balloting will be conducted. Please register via the below RSVP link goo.gl/AkXMnY on or before 1 Jan 2019 (Tuesday). Successful registrants will be notified by POLY Joy Club individually.   1. Each member can only register once. In the event of over-subscription, computer balloting will be conducted.
  2. Members are required to provide the participant’s/participants’ required personal information and Home Visit Permit information for insurance and tour arrangements.
  3. Any cancellation or change of participant’s/participants’ personal information, please call (852) 3752 0312 with all required information to be provided on or before 7 January 2019. POLY Joy Club reserves the right to suspend the eligibility of any absent member’s future participation in the club’s activities without notice, should no notification on or before January 7 be received from such members.
  4. POLY Joy Club accepts no liability for the quality of the goods and services provided by the service providers in the present activity nor for any deal between members and the service providers in relation thereto.
  5. By return of this RSVP Form, the registrant shall be deemed to have agreed to and accepted all the terms and conditions herein listed. POLY Joy Club reserves the right to suspend, withdraw and/or amend details of the present activity and its terms and conditions without prior notice.
  6. In the event of any dispute, the decision of POLY Joy Club shall be final.

Other Terms & Conditions

  1. Should the itinerary or means of transportation be changed due to any causes beyond the control of POLY Joy Club and its appointed travel agency, POLY Joy Club and the appointed travel agency shall accept no liability in relation thereto.
  2. Participants are not allowed to leave the tour or stay behind after the trip.
  3. Special Weather Arrangements:
    Typhoon
    When Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 or above is in effect at 5am on the day of the activity, or is to be issued in two hours according to Hong Kong Observatory’s forecast, the tour will be cancelled unless advised otherwise.
    Rainstorm
    When Black Rainstorm Signal is in effect on the day of the activity, the tour will proceed as usual unless advised otherwise.
