LUXE Member
Who is Eligible? Owners or tenants of residential properties developed by Poly Group (either solely or jointly) Poly Group tenants of one of the Group’s many projects.
JOY Membership
Who is Eligible? Anyone aged 18 or above who aspires to a lifestyle of privilege and private events.
EXPLANATION OF POLY PROPERTY OWNER, TENANT AND RESIDENT
Poly Property Owners, Tenants and Residents: First-hand or second-hand buyers, tenants and residents of selected Poly Properties.

SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS FOR LUXE MEMBERSHIP
“LUXE Membership” applicant should submit a copy of the required documents below for verification:
Poly Property Owner
Ownership proof stating the same name and address as the applicant. Only applicable to: demand for rates and/or government rent or management fee receipt issued within last three months or Preliminary Agreement for Sales and Purchase.
Poly Tenant
Residential: Tenancy Agreement stating the same name and address as the applicant Non-Residential: Tenancy Agreement stating the same name and address as the applicant or a copy of the company’s Annual Return stating the company director’s name as applicant.
Poly Resident
Residence proof stating the same name and address as the applicant. Only applicable to: gas / water/ electricity bill, statements or correspondence issued by banks or insurance companies issued within last three months.
Poly Joy Club intends to use/transfer your name and personal data to the Poly Group Companies and the Club’s Partner members of the Poly Group, for direct marketing purposes as outlined in the “Direct Marketing” Section on Personal Information Collection Statement. Should you find such use/transfer of your name and personal data acceptable and consent to direct marketing purposes, please indicate your acceptance and consent by ticking the box below.
